Novel Route maps the street libraries around you and keeps track of the ones you've visited, so you always know which shelves are due another look.

    Every street library registered with Street Library Australia, with how far away it is, when you last visited and directions to the door.

Questions

Is it just Adelaide?

No, Novel Route covers all of Australia. Every library registered with Street Library Australia is on the map, wherever it is.

Does it work on iPhone or iPad?

Not yet, sorry. Novel Route is a free app made as a passion project, and Apple charges developers US$99 a year to publish on the App Store, even for free apps. That's hard to justify for a free app on a phone I don't own.

Library details come from Street Library Australia. If you look after a library that isn't on the map, register it with them and it'll turn up here. Novel Route isn't affiliated with Street Library Australia.

Novel Route is a small, free project made by a street library regular. The code is on GitHub, and hello@novelroute.app reaches a person.
